How It Works

How our Flat Fee Program works: 

A better name for us is a Flat Fee REALTOR®.

We list your property on the MLS (Brokerage Listing Results, LLC) just like any other brokerage. The difference being, we do not come out to your home and all listing documents are filled out online along with photos. Once you upload these documents, you send to us and we login the MLS to list your property.

You offer a buyer agent commission and if a buyer agent brings the buyer to you, pay a commission. If someone comes to you directly without an agent, there will be no commission paid but we are still here to help you with support.

We are full service agents to help you with the entire process.
